McClellan Stock Optimizer Management Program

Chart In Focus

June 25, 2024

For several years, I have partnered with Global Investment Solutions to advise a money management program for their clients called the Stock Optimizer Program.  It invests in mutual funds based on the "short term" opinions I share about the stock market in my Daily Edition every day.

This week's chart is an audited performance record prepared for us by Theta Research, tracking the performance of that program since 2019.  The performance data are presented as net of the maximum fees amount, and include reinvested interest and dividends.  Larger accounts have lower management fees.  For a deeper look at the data, you can contact Global Investment Solutions, http://www.globalinvestsolutions.com and request a complimentary invitation to log into Theta Research.

Our intention with the Stock Optimizer Program is to offer a way for investors who don't want to have to make the trades themselves to be able to follow along with the analysis I present.  I try to catch the up moves when my indicators make it clear that is what should be happening (and what actually is happening).  The program also goes short sometimes, intending to profit from price declines.  The hope is to harvest the gains, and smooth out the dips for both overall performance and a smoother equity curve.

If you are more of a do-it-yourself trader, then tracking my analysis in the Daily Edition is a great way to stay up to date on what is happening.  You can see sample issues, and new subscribers can sign up for a 2-week trial subscription for just $20 at https://www.mcoscillator.com/market_reports/.

But if tracking the market every day is not your thing, and you would like to have a firm that I respect help you to manage your money, then you should contact Global Investment Solutions to get more information.  You can reach them at (949) 660-7960 or roger@globalinvestsolutions.com.

Now, as you might expect there would be, here is some additional information we have to include: Nothing in this article should be interpreted as an offer to buy or sell any securities.  Market or economic conditions going forward will assuredly change, and so the performance may be impacted by those changes going forward.  There is risk of losing money and it should not be assumed that performance going forward will produce similar results.  The returns shown are of actual accounts traded at Guggenheim and the returns are net of a maximum management fee of 2% and include dividends and interest that are reinvested in the results portrayed.  You should review your financial situation and experience to determine any course of action you take.
